Today I arrived on site to address the water leak reported from the roof. Issue Resolution: Identified the source of the leak as originating from the roof of the house. Confirmed the AHU is located in the Attic. Determined the fault: water leaking from the roof of the house. Upon arriving at the property, the housekeeper gave me access to the attic. The housekeeper explained to me that there is a water leak in the ceiling of one of the rooms on the 2nd floor. I proceeded to verify the situation of the water leak. I proceeded to verify x2 AHU with hydro coil in the attic. I found no signs of water leakage. I proceeded to check some places on the roof of the house in the vicinity of the AHus. I found a water leak coming from the roof of the house. I also found some spaces with water samples. Apparently there was previously a water leak in two different spaces on the roof of the house.
