Upon arrival found boiler on/running. Checked floor on all supply line. 2nd floor and family room zones are piping hot. All other zones x4 are cold. 2nd floor zone valve is sending call constantly to boiler for heat. Family room zone valve is allowing bleed through. Need to replace both 2nd floor & family room zone valves. Showed customer when 24volts wire from 2nd floor is disconnected signal to boiler to run for heat has stop. When wire is connected call resumes. Disconnected wire @ 2nd floor zone valve to stop call to boiler. Customer is aware that parts needs to be replaced.
