Today I arrived on site to address issues with the Heat and AC system (rooftop). Actions Taken: Addressed a thermostat displaying nothing. Found the thermostat to be faulty and replaced it. Identified a bad contactor at the rooftop unit. Noted that the contactor needs to be replaced. Upon arriving at the property, the client explained to me that the tstat is blank. I proceeded to check the tstat of the kitchen area of the place. I found the tstat in blank. Replace the batteries. The tstat didn't work properly. The existing tstat is running the heat and the AC at the same time. Explain the situation to the client. I presented you with an estimate to replace the defective tstat. The client approved the proposal. Replace the tstat. I concluded with the installation of the new or Honeywell T4 tstat.
