I/W Upon arrival spoke with customer. Customer system electrical wiring were blocking filter door. Customer was concerned of wiring stripping and causing a problem for the system. Secure electrical wiring with strap and aluminum tape. Customer is able to remove door to replace his own filter. Ran and tested system operation. For heat-Normal Addressed all customer concerns.
