Today I arrived on site to address the no heat issue reported for the heating system. Issue Resolution:Identified the same fault as the previous service call. Reset the boiler unit. Confirmed the system is now back up and running. When I arrived I contacted the client, the client gave me access through the garage door. I found the same fault found a few days ago. I explained to the client that I would reset the unit again. I also bypassed the HLS to prolong the system failure for longer. I explained to the customer that it is possible that the unit will fail due to the same defect of the sensor and the control module. The client wants an update on when the necessary parts will arrive to coordinate the appointment to install them in the unit. Office follow the customer to order the necessary parts in the boiler unit. Temporarily the client has heating at this time. It is possible that it will fail again.
