Upon arrival inspected 2nd floor furnace. Customer has issue with airflow for master bedroom and office area. x2 zone. Check Arzel zone panel and inspect and check dampers. Found flexible ductwork squashed or disconnected @ main trunk line beneath fallen insulation. Corrected issue with flexible ductwork W/ main trunk line and individual runs. Customer also have issue with condensate water being trapped @ inducer motor. Water is not draining properly out inducer assembly into condensate pump. Water being backed up is causing system to give error code of three flashes. Vent, intake or termination problems. When error repeats code change to six flashes. Which is a repeat of error code 3. Tried to adjust pitch for exhaust pipe and flush out inducer trap. Not much could be done to cheat pitch @ unit. this problem may lead to inducer motor failing completely. System was drained and inducer is operating correctly @ this time. Ran and monitored system operation. Check airflow to be much bette
