Upon arrival spoke with customer. Customer is having issues with airflow and system not keep temperature. System is operating normally throughout the house. Check all in-line dampers to be in the open position. Customer system is free flow, all supply grills are open. Temperature is over a 100 degrees @ outlet. Customer home maybe poorly insulated. Customer also have big bay window throughout the home. I explained that poor insulation and drafty windows should be factored in with system performance of not keeping temperature. **Recommending to customer to have an insulation consultation. **Recommending to customer tho have duct cleaning and sanitizing done for x2 system.
