Today I arrived on site to investigate a reported water leak. Water Leak Inspection:Inspected the attic for any signs of water leaks. Checked the 2nd floor AHU unit located in the attic. Findings:Found no evidence of water leaks or water damage in the attic. Confirmed the AHU unit was dry and showed no signs of leakage. Upon arriving at the property, the client explained to me that during the last storm she found a water leak on the kitchen ceiling. The client directed me out of the property to show me where the leak came from because of the amount of ice accumulated on that part of the roof of the property. The client directed me to the attic access. I proceeded to inspect the attic of the property, I did not find water leaks or moisture samples in the attic I inspected visually around the air handle, located in the attic. I found no visible water leaks or traces of moisture, around the unit or on the attic ceiling. I took photos and videos to show the client. I showed her and
