NO HEAT MASTER BEDROOM: * at arrival The customer stated that yesterday the master bedroom thermostat was constantly flashing heat on and not a steady heat on * He said since last night, the system started working again and the thermostat is satisfied * Check all the thermostats in the home and confirm all zones are satisfied at set temperatures * Psycho heating on and off multiple times to confirm normal operations * While on site, I reached out to Honeywell tech-support to review the thermostats * Model numbers of the thermostats were provided to Honeywell and a description of the issues that are occurring- The customer states that unless there is a voltage fluctuation where we are getting less than 27 V at the thermostat, there should be no issues- At this time, confirmed normal voltage * While on site I did purchase from the second floor bedroom zone again as water was not properly circulating, and this was the only thermostat that was not reaching the temperature * After purging
