I had Mark over for a routine fall/winter maintenance on our newly installed heating system. 15 minutes into Mark starting his work he comes to me with a very concerned look and I go oh oh! Bottom line the guys who installed the new system completely messed up the wiring to the air handlers and zone pumps and thermostats. Mark and his colleague Antonio diagnosed the problem and fixed the whole mess on the time and budget they estimated. Mark and Antonio are true professionals and I strongly urge Innovative Air to retain these guys and be role models, trainers and mentors for other technicians in your company.
