(4) TCC AC Maintenance - 410A - (2)Ductless in Basement (2) Conventional AC Unit in Attic - cleaned all washable filters with water, sprayed and cleaned each evaporator coil, tested ductless drain pan with water multiple times no leakage at this moment, cleaned exterior of unit, wiped down louvers, checked delta T on each unit receiving good temperature split, Checked both Indoor Units in Attic - tested high and low voltage components ok, Supplied and replaced both air filters, (2) 20x25x1, inspected evaporator coils ok, tested primary drain pan no leakage at this time, cleaned EZ Trap Safety and tested overflow safety device ok, noticed small amount of water corrosion on attic insulation under ez trap- Trap has been sweating under very humid temperature in attic. Noticed thermostat is hanging off the wall and should be mounted properly. Client has just finished renovating her home. Outdoor electrical disconnect also needs to be mounted to side of home.
