Here to install bypass for kids bedroom furnace humidifier. Cut 6” access opening in supply ductwork. Install 6” stick collar and 90 degrees 6” elbows to run 6” flexible duct to humidifier. Screw, tape, strap and secured collar, 90 degree elbows and flexible ductwork. Ran and tested humidifier. No leaks. Set humidifier for 35% relative humidity Ran and tested system operation.
