View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-A243-BC30978829714E528C60CF9AAF411D76 Preform maintenance on (2) Trane gas fired furnaces with zoning and bypass humidifier on main house system: * replaced and dated 16x21x1 and Aprilaire 410 air filters * The humidistat is showing panel replacement- shut down * Open furnace and blower cabinet doors * Vacuum and dusted out furnace cabinet and components, clean and clear * Vacuum and dusted out blower cabinets and components, clean and clear * Removed all burner jets from furnaces- Brushed out and vacuumed, clean and clear * Removed flame sensors from both furnaces: Cleaned with copper bristle brush, and polished with steel wool * Remove removed hot surface igniter from both furnace: Both igniters showing heavy signs of ware and corrosion- Customer approved replacement * Removed the existing 80 V and 120 V hot service igniters From the furnaces * Installed and secured brand new igniters, Bracket and hardwa
