I/W Upon arrival inspected Unico Air Handler in crawl space for 1st floor system. System is on/running. Check voltage @ control board and Unico electric heater. Check low voltage settings. Inspected filter and replaced filter check temperature split @ system. Supply temperature is over a 100 degrees. Return temperature is 75F degrees. Customer is explaining that earlier today system was struggling to bring temperature up @ T-Stat. Temperature has risen from 61-68 degrees since. Unit is operating while on site. Not seeing any abnormality with system. Possibility of an intermittent issue with the system. Customer will monitor operation to see if system is still performing inadequately.
