While on site inspected boiler. Customer have Navien Combi boiler w/ x5 zone Check system setting to be normal. Customer only have issue with daughter bedroom overheating. Room has a large radiator that’s apart of the 1st floor loop. No other room on 1st floor seems to be overheating. It was explained that not much could be done in this scenario there’s no way to turn down radiator. Radiator is a looped series that circulate between supply and return lines for 1st floor.
