Upon arrival spoke with customer who’s explaining that boiler has been off from last night. Customer states that it seems like only the 1st floor zone was working. Checked boiler and noticed that Argo zoning panel had no lights when zones were calling for heat. Try to jump out Argo panel to have zone call for heat. Nothing happened at Argo panel. Checked relays @ Argo panel. Switch main peanut fan relay. Nothing happened to fire boiler. While tinkering with relays @ Argo panel. Panel came back online. All zone lit up and boiler began to work like normal. Checked that flow is correct @ all zones and operations are normal. Argo zone panel is working intermittently. It was brought to customer attention @ time of maintenance and repair @ the boiler that Argo zone panel was showing burnt mark @ control board. Gave customer estimate to replace. Argo zone panel. Customer approved. Shut power to boiler, disconnect all electrical wiring from old zone panel. Mount new Argo zone panel @ boiler re
