View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-2F41-2F778353B32D4489ABCC7F3E494457BE Customer has no heat on the first floor- Stage the system is not turning on- We were here earlier this morning for their heating tune up: At arrival check thermostat on first floor and confirm it is calling for heating - proceed to check boiler and hydro air handler in basement: * the hydro air handler is off * the hydro coil is HOT- 24 volts at zone valve and zone valve for first floor open * the blower motor is not running * open the electrical cabinet and found the heat light on the green series control board continuously flashing, but there was no lights on the CFM for the fan * This indicates a communication fault between the control board and the indoor blower motor * I contacted Unico Tech Support- We confirmed that there was a call for Heat being sent from the thermostat to the air handler, but the low-voltage was reading 23.4 Which is too low * Confirm tha
