View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-15F7-FEADFEF1F86641BFA4902867B2A49BA9 WATER LEAK - GAS FURNACES: * The customer has (2) 90% condensing gas fired furnaces in the basement * Both furnaces are equipped with neutralizer kits that connect to a gravity drain line which discharges to an outdoor termination * The Gravity drain line had froze creating a back up and shutting the furnaces down * Since then, the customer has disconnected the gravity drain lines, going to the neutralizer kit and have the furnaces draining into buckets * The furnaces Has been operating properly since disconnecting the gravity drain line Search the entire basement for any place for a condensate pump to drain into- Was unable to find any venting, Floor drain, sub pump or other place to drain into- A project manager is needed. GAS SMELL: * The customer stated that there is a faint gas smell in the basement near the equipment * Both furnaces and water heater Was checked *
