Preform pressure test on ductless system: * the system is completely empty at arrival * Connect gauges to condensing unit and show power at outdoor disconnect * Set up drop offs and 4 foot ladder inside at indoor heads * Seal condensing unit and pressurize, both line sets and indoor heads to 475-500 psi- Holding no leaks * Release nitrogen into condensing unit and immediately you can hear the nitrogen leaking out of the condenser coil * Breakdown the condenser and identify the leak in the bottom of the condenser coil- Confirm with bubbles * The customer has a leaking condenser coil- Customer wants to check on warranty to see if it is still covered Office to follow up with customer about warranty, pricing and availability.
