Today I arrived on site HWH Replacement:Disconnected the old HWH due to a leak. Installed a new HWH for the DHW zone. Upon arrival at the property. The client directed us to the basement where the HWH is installed. I proceeded to do a visual inspection. The existing tank had a water leak. I proceeded to disassemble the defective HWH. I closed the line. I disconnected the gas line. I disconnected the water lines from the HWH. Disassemble the existing tank. I proceeded to clean and organize the work area. We proceeded to put the new tank in its place. I proceeded to connect the water lines. I proceeded to connect the gas line. I proceeded to install the flue pipe of the new tank. I installed a mixing valve in the New HWH. Install an exp-12 on the new HWH. All connections were made new. I concluded with the installation of the New HWH. I proceeded to put water in the tank. I ran the new HWH until the temperature reached 140 F in the tank. Set the temperature towards th
