Dye testing Refrigerant Upon arrival spoke with customer via telephone. Customer is explaining that over the weekend he found evaporator coil frozen. Customer is aware his system has a leak. System was charged with 3lbs of R-410A refrigerant 2 months prior to today’s visit. Customer is having the same issue with system loosing refrigerant charge. Explained to customer on steps we can take to identify a refrigerant leak within the system. Customer agreed to have dye testing done as well as adjust refrigerant charge once more. Dye was added and 3lbs of R-410A refrigerant. Customer is aware that a follow up is needed in 30-90 days to identify the source of leak. Customer understood that there’s absolutely no warranty or refunds on lost/ leaked refrigerant. Customer assumes all risks of refrigerant costs unless a leak has been identified and repaired fully.
