Today I arrived on site AC System Assessment:Determined the AC system for the entire house was not working. Fault Identification:Identified a faulty starter cap and contactor. Corrective Action:Replaced the starter cap and contactor during this visit. When arriving at the property, The client explained to me that the system stopped working. I proceeded to verify the tstat. The tstat is operating well. I proceeded to verify the AHU. The furnace one looks very deteriorated. I proceeded to check the condenser unit. I found the starter cap and the contact not working. I showed the client and presented her with an estimate of the repair cost. The client accepted the proposal. I showed the client the conditions of the unit. I suggested to the client consider upgrading the system. The client said that she considers and will think about this proposal later.
