Today I arrived on site AC System Inspection: Performed a visual inspection of the AC system. Operational Status: Confirmed the AC system is operating normally. Client Request: Provided a second opinion as requested by the client for the AC system covering the entire house. Upon arriving at the property. The client explained to me that he is having some problems with the system. The customer mentioned that the walls are sweating when the days are very hot. The customer also mentioned that he sometimes hears a whistle in the system ductwork. I proceeded to verify the units. I found water signs on the walls of the living room and in the rooms on the 2nd floor. Apparently this system is working well at the moment. My only concern is that this system may be oversized for the size of the property.
