View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-213F-A7ADF2BAF88B4679A3EBD8EEB67B3A1 Preform maintenance on peerless high-efficiency gas water boiler with six heating zones and indirect hot water storage tank + (3) aspen Hydro air handlers and (1) garage modine heater: GAS WATER BOILER: * shut power to system * removed boiler cover door * removed condensate and neutralizer kit from boiler * removed flame rod and spark igniter from boiler: Cleaned with copper bristle brush, and polished with steel wool- Reinstalled * Brought condensate and neutralizer kit Outside- Chemically sprayed and flushed clean with hose * Vacuumed and dusted out loads of debris from inside of boiler cabinet and components * Reinstalled and secured condensate and neutralizer kit back into boiler and connect to all drainage * install new neutralizer minerals inside of neutralizer kit * Secured and inspected all electrical wiring, and connections * Test and inspect expansion tank,
Return to make repairs on Crown gas water boiler ( expansion tank / air vent / boiler drain ) - shut power to boiler - Shut water feed to boiler - Close all supply and return ball valves - Drain down boiler - Removed the existing expansion tank, air vent and boiler drain - Pipe in and install brand new expansion tank, air vent and boiler drain and secure all connections - When installing the expansion tank, extend 1/2 piping and install elbow to drop tank from sideways to hanging - Support pipe with threaded rod, split rings hanger and base plate - Open water feed back to boiler and fill system and purge all air from boiler - Return power to system - Start with opening basement supply and return and call for heating at thermostat - boiler fires and circulator pump is on and running- monitor system operations, boiler pressure and temperature and confirm system satisfied at temp of 180 and supply / baseboard and return piping are all heating properly - Open all supply and return valv
