View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-EFBA-0137FBEE7E214394B6DDEF8152426937 Customer has no cooling from the third-floor AC unit ( unico air handler ) * Found thermostat calling for cooling at arrival * Found indoor and outdoor system off * Open up access panel in third floor to access air handler * Found the system off on safety and the overflow pan filled with water * Found a blockage in the drain line and a primary painful of water- Water is not draining from the system * Spoke with customer over the telephone and quoted him for the repairs of removing the water from the overflow pan and clearing the blockage in the condensate drain line- Customer approved all repairs * Shop vac removed all water from overflow pan Until pan is completely dry * Cleared blockage and condensate drain line and trap- brushed clean and blew out with compressed air * Tested all drainage after repairs: All water is flowing from inside primary pain through drain line i
