View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-57DC-3E033512DBD04ABFB0ED737E87898D2C Preform maintenance on (1) Carrier gas fired steam boiler : * Shut power to equipment at arrival * started draining down the boiler completely until no water is coming out of system and sight glass is 100% empty * removed flame guard and roll out switch * removed all burner tubes and spark igniter * vacuumed and dusted out burner section under heat exchanger, boiler cabinet, piping and components clean and clear * vacuumed, brushed and polished all burners * cleaned spark igniter with copper bristle brush and polished clean with steel wool * secured and inspected electrical wiring and connections * inspected heat exchanger, flue piping and damper motor * reassemble all burners, igniter, flame guard and roll out and secure in place * boiler is completely empty * flush boiler with fresh water while simultaneously draining (3) buckets * fill boiler back up * return powe
