Service call for unit that serves the 2nd and 3rd fl not operating the air handler is located on the 3rd fl knee wall. On arrival found that the blower for the space pak unit was not running. Found a loose connection on the blower wire checked all connections on motor and at the control board and blower is now on and running. checked all other operations to find that the outdoor condenser kept shutting off on anti frost switch meaning the coil is getting too cold. I was able to speak to tech support and we went over all settings and had me adjust the blower speed. Pressures were checked and 2 lbs of refrigerant was added. Manufacture is recommending that more supply outlets are needed for this unit the static pressure is too high. This unit was installed about a year ago customer is going to get in touch with her contractor to install more outlets. System is currently operating without shutting off and has a good supply temperature. Air filters were also replaced provided by homeo
