Today I arrived on site Issue: Addressed a no-heat situation on the 1st floor. Diagnosis: Identified the thermostat on the 1st floor heating system was blank. Resolution: Replaced the thermostat batteries. Current Status: System is now operational and providing heat. Upon arriving at the property, the client explained to me that the 1st floor test is not presenting anything, it is blank. I proceeded to verify the tstat. I found the tstat in blank. I removed the batteries from the tstat. Install new batteries in that tstat. The tstat began to work normally. The client asked me to replace the air filters of the units. The air filters were replaced on this occasion. I ran the systems and monitoring for about 15-20 minutes. The systems are operating correctly for the moment.
