Confirm thermostat is calling for heat and Argo panel sending voltage to pump. The pump is not running. It is completely burnt out and plastic name plate melted off- very possible that this is what tripped breaker and caused the smell. customer needs a new Taco circulator for the third floor and new thermostat as the system button is not working- he is ordering on his own office to follow up with repair Also found a bad expansion t
