View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-2F41-35863D0E21E1413390FDB296181B0441 Customer has a banging noise coming from her heating system: * at arrival the customer showed me where she hears the banging noise * she sits in a chair next to a radiator and especially at night can hear a banging when the heat turns on but once it gets hot it goes away * the thermostat is set to 64 degrees * raise the temperature on the thermostat for the main heating zone which controls this radiator * almost immediately when the hot water is sent to the radiator the is a slight banging - this is the pipes expanding when getting hot and rubbing or touching wood or other building material * explain this this is common and normal and there is no issue with the radiator- it’s heating well * the boiler was checked / zone panel tested / pressure and temperature monitored and watch system satisfied at temp of 180 degrees- okay
