View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-15F7-78C13CC89728400485D68F41A28A0559 Customer states that the second floor heat is not working : * At arrival I checked the thermostat on the second floor bedroom level- I found the thermostat OFF with the FAN ON * i called for heating at the thermostat- indoor temp of 66 and set for 74 * check the air handler in attic- the blower motor is on and running and the hydro coil supply and return piping are heating properly * check low voltage electrical at air handler to confirm all is normal and record findings * check air flow and temperature splits- okay * confirm blower cabinet free of obstruction and filter is clean * check and record temperature of piping at hydro coil - 150+ degrees- okay * cycle system on and off confirming system is responding with boiler properly and circulator pump and zone panel all working properly * record all findings * temperature at thermostat has risen from 66-68 while tes
