Today I arrived on site to address the heating issue. **Diagnosis:**Determined the boiler unit is operating correctly. Identified a malfunction with the Ecobee thermostat. **Resolution:**The Ecobee thermostat must be replaced to resolve the issue in the heating system zone. Upon arriving at the property, the client explained to me that on several occasions she has to restart the tstat. I proceeded to verify the tstat. I confirmed that the tstat is calling for heat. I proceeded to check the boiler unit. I checked the electronic components of the unit. The boiler unit is operating correctly at this time. I found the system pressure a little high 29psi. Adjust the water pressure of the system to 21 psi. I ran and monitored the unit. The system did not fail at the time of monitoring. I explained to the client that it is necessary to replace the Ecobee tstat. I presented her with an estimate to install a Honeywell T6 WiFi thermostat.
