View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-15F7-B3DA2A3D134C4A7F81EE16C728182020 Customer has no heating from basement furnace: * This is the small furnace on the right hand side in the mechanical room next to the main furnace for the house * At arrival the basement Honeywell T4 thermostat is calling for heating, but the indoor unit is not running * Check the indoor air filter, which was completely plugged with dust- replaced and installed new indoor air filter * removed the door to the blower cabinet * got meter to check voltage between R and W * when the meter touched the control board the furnace fires right up * shut power to system * review every single connection on the control board and confirm all tight and secure * removed the low voltage wiring- cut wiring, strip to expose new copper and secure connections back to board * removed the board and inspected - okay * secure all back in place and return power * cycle furnace on and off with c
