Gary is the best technician in any field who has ever worked for us. He is hard working, professional, honest, neat and a true gentleman. Since I wasn’t asked to comment after Innovative Air installed my split system AC system this summer, I will now. There is no excuse for a business owner or job foreman not to return a call to a customer after completion of a job. I was quite dissatisfied about certain aspects of how I was treated after completion of the AC installation and wanted to talk to someone other than the person who called me about the final payment. No one ever called me back. I consider this a major failing in your business plan and would think twice about recommending you to other customers. I still feel badly about this incident and feel like someone should do the right thing and discuss the issue. Your choice.
