Diagnosed failed Compressor. It is not pumping at all. High and low pressures are equalized and remain unchanged with compressor running or stopped... 128psig System is 14 years old. Not worth putting a compressor in. Outdoor coil shows signs of a refrigerant leak, oil present in the bottom corner. System currently has a 15kw heat kit.
