Tyler wants to join the maintenance plan - gold 6 system 1 dessert aire 1 daikin ductless and 4 carrier furnace/ac units. 1 E130 dehum and 2 600 humidifiers.
Commission all four carrier furnaces. Commission Daikin and Desert Aire unit. Set all gas pressures at 3.30 inwc. High stage, and 1.5 inwc. low stage. Breaker is off for Desert Aire unit but it is ready to run. It is set to factory recommendation for pool efficiency. 85⁰ setpoint with 55% humidity demand. All system filters are already becoming dirty due to construction dust. X4 20x25x4 & X4 16x20x4 glass floss specific filters. Remove and replace Main house inducer motor assembly under manufacturers parts warranty. Clamp Desert Aire lineset to stone wall. And add missing 4x10 floor register.
