Repaired gas valve with new adjustment set screws and had to replace the springs. The other company had the Honeywell red springs. The gas valve is a white Rogers. Set low fire to 6" and 10" for high fire. Installed communicating thermostat and internet gateway. Put heat pump in charge mode. Manual calls for 8 degrees subcooling. Added refrigerant and got it exactly 8 degrees. Wired the wet switch to the auxiliary alarm terminals on the furnace. Today counts as the spring maintenance.
