Upon arrival turned unit on and had no compressor function. Turn off disconnect and check capacitor. Compressor circuit flat at 0.04 mfd replaced with 40+5 capacitors and test run unit. Quoted refrigerant charge and added customer to maintenance plan and performed cleaning on unit. Cooling preventative maintenance performed Check filter - 16x25x1 new today Check coil for any buildup or debris in drain pan and flush with water Set up thermometers Rinse down outdoor coil with garden hose Check capacitor MFD - 40+5 new today Check OD fan Amp - 0.90 Check compressor Amp - 6.38 Verify pressures and HP-SC/LP-SH add 1lb r410 a 10° subcool Delta T - 20° after adjusting airflow and refrigerant. The Air handler and AC are in optimal running conditions.
