2013 Trane AC running in good condition. 16x25 air filter setup is in decent condition. Check center electronic filter media again soon. Visual inspection of indoor coil. Flush drain pan and drain lines. Humidifier damper is closed. Run test unit in cooling mode from thermostat. Delta t of 21F with supply temp of 51F. R410a refrigerant pressures are within spec. High 240psi with 13F SC, low 120psi with 12F SH. Outdoor coils are in clean condition. Outdoor fan motor and compressor are operating within specs. 45/7.5 dual run capacitor is within spec. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Summer.
