Delta t of 21F with supply temp of 51F. Refrigerant pressure are within spec. High 275psi with 10f SC, low 120psi with 12F SH. Outdoor coils are in clean condition. Outdoor fan motor and compressor are operating within specs. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Summer.
