2014? Heat Controller GeoMax2 geothermal unit operating in good condition. Visual inspection of blower and compesssor compartments. No issues suspected. Test ran system in electric strip heat to verify proper operation of heating strips. All strips are operating properly with a ~20A draw at 240v. Electric strip heat temperature rise of 29F. Test ran geothermal heating operation. Geothermal heating running with a 22F temperature rise. Tested operation of geo and strip heat with a temperature rise of 41F. All parameters and equipment measured within spec. Did not check refrigerant as there is no issue suspected. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter. Theresa asked about whole home humidifier install. Pictures were taken of system and a quote will be made for humidifier install.
