2020 Lennox AC running in great condition. AA210 filter in decent condition. Check again in 1-2 months. Visual inspection of indoor coil. Flush drain pan and drain pump. Run test unit in cooling mode from thermostat. Delta t of 21F with supply temp of 49F. Refrigerant pressures are within spec for low outdoor temperature. High 220psi with 12F SC, low 105psi with 12F SH. Outdoor coils are in clean condition. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Summer.
