Run test unit in cooling mode from thermostat. Delta t of 18F with supply temp of 50F. R-22 refrigerant pressures are within spec. High 160psi with 8F SC, low 55psi with 11F SH. Outdoor coils are in clean condition. Moved away some mulch to ensure coils are not blocked. Outdoor fan motor and compressor are operating within specs. System is operating properly, and ready for Summer
