Run test unit in cooling mode from thermostat. Delta t of 19F with supply temp of 52F. Refrigerant pressures are within spec. High 315psi with 10F SC, low 120psi with 14F SH. Outdoor coils water flushed to remove debris. Outdoor fan motor and compressor are operating within specs. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Summer.
