Condensation drain pan is clear. Humidifier shut down by homeowner. Run test unit in cooling mode from thermostat. Delta t of 19F with supply temp of 53F. Refrigerant pressures are within spec. High 300psi with 12F SC, low 120psi with 20F SH. Outdoor coils are in clean condition. Outdoor fan motor and compressor are operating within specs. Run capacitor is within spec. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Summer.
