Preventative maintenence inspection performed on 2014 Carrier furnace and 2015 Carrier AC systems. All measurable parameters have measure within specifications and properly operating. No issues found while performing inspection. Current 20x25x4 air filter is in good condition. Furnace operates properly in heating, and AC operates properly in cooling.
