Perform Gold cooling PMI on 6 systems Flush each coil by removing the coil door, or flushing through the condensate safety switch. Change each filter, 1x 16x20x2, 3x 16x25x4, and 3x 20x25x4 Flush drain pumps and add tablets as needed Wash condenser coils on all 6 units Verify proper delta T for each unit Check run capacitor on each unit verifying nothing out of spec Checked batteries on all stats replaced as needed Paula is aware of the leaking water line fitting on the outside hose bib.
