Put drain treatment in the daikin indoor coil drain pan to prevent drain clogging up Modified float switch wiring to throw a fault code display on the stat vs make the stat go blank in the event of a drain backup Adjusted heat pump lockout settings to enable the heat pump to run down to 10⁰ in an effort to save electric consumption in the winter. Filter is good. Outdoor coil is clean Refrigerant charge in spec No stored fault codes Trane system filter is new. Closed humidifier bypass damper Drain is clear Blower is clean Washed outdoor coil Capacitor in spec Refrigerant charge in spec Inspected furnace for water leaks that may have developed between maintenance visits No concerns found on this visit.
