Performed cooling maintenance on a Trane AC system Filter is good Blower is clean Closed humidifier bypass damper to summer position Drain is clear Condenser coil is clean Capacitor is in spec Wiring is secure and free of damage to the conductor insulation Refrigerant charge is perfectly in specification Airflow diagnostics are showing system is operating at full design capacity There is a very large ant colony living around and inside the unit, advise treating for ant hills. Ants can get inside the contactor points and cause the AC to stop working.
