Reason for today’s call was the master bathroom not being properly vented. We went up to the attic to double check and the customer was correct. There is in fact no venting to the outside for the exhaust fan. The exhaust fan also works intermittently and sounds like it’s on its last leg. While doing our assessment, we saw that the panel was original to the home in 1989, there was a multi wire branch circuit on single pole breakers, the water heater was not bonded, there was no surge in the panel, and the receptacle below the panel was broken and should be replaced. We gave the customer options for all things, including an option to provide the exhaust fan himself. Customer wants time to think about it and will get back to us. Let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!
